Privacy and Security We collect customer
information solely to improve your shopping experience. We know the
importance of using customer information responsibly, and in that
spirit pledge the following:
We will not sell, trade, barter, donate or

Any information you share with us goes no

We will make every effort to protect your online order

encrypts your order information to avoid the possibility of
decoding that information by anyone other than us. Both the

support SSL. Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't

to connect to the server, and thereby preventing the placement of
an order through an unsecured connection.

Shipping During Hot/Cold Weather
Shipping costs are high enough, so we have not chosen a
temperature-controlled shipping company to deliver your order. For
this reason, we may hold your order during periods of extreme heat
or cold. You will always be notified via email when your order
ships.
Expedited Shipping Information
We will ship your order via standard Ground Service unless you
request expedited shipping service. Expedited service is available
in most areas for an additional fee.
State-by-State Shipping
Regulations
After prohibition was repealed, each state was given control of
taxing and regulating the sale of wine. Some states allow it,
others do not, others allow it but with oppressive accounting
requirements. We market wine on behalf of wineries and retailers in
compliance with their individual limitations and may not be able to
ship some wines to all states shown on our shipping map.

U.S. destination of your choice!
