Another affordable sparkling wine
that tastes as if it should cost more than it does. Beautiful in
the glass, this sparkling wine is surprisingly delicious with food,
as it has a mouth-watering crispness that invites being paired with
a wide variety of foods.
But be careful! This is a
fairly dry wine, and as with all dry wines, it does not taste good
when paired with sweets of any sort. Sweet food makes a dry wine
taste tart and unpleasant. This is a wine best served with
appetizers, soups or salads, or even the main
course.
