The Wine

A blend of 70% Mourvèdre, 22% Cinsault, 5% Grenache, and 3% Syrah, this wine evokes the sights and smells of the French countryside. Imagine fields of Lavendar next to wild herbs such as Rosemary, sage and aromatic brush. It's all in here!

Organically farmed with some Biodynamic practices included, this vineyard was formed by a geologic anomaly wherein 65-million year-old soils (the Cretaceous period) are folded under 200 million year-old soils (Triassic period). Indigenous yeast fermentations over 20 days in concrete tanks before aging for 18 months in large foudres prior to bottling without fining or filtering.
