Best when served at ~45-50 degrees so the wine's richness can show through - easily achieved by removing from the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving (or popping it in the fridge for no more than 30-45 minutes, depending on your room temperature).
This is Delaunay's nod to the fuller-bodied Sauvignon Blancs of the New World. A bit friendlier on the palate!
